We do everything we can to accommodate our clients. If you are running late please call so we can adjust your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a 15% additional charge on your services. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please call to cancel. There will be a 25% charge for No Call and No Show. Two or more consecutive no shows or less than 12 hr cancellations and future appointments will be unaccepted and will have to be walk-in only.
